• Benefits, Rules and Policies

    1. For the first 1,000 points earned, receive 100 points.
    2. Membership is non-transferable
    3. Activity must be shown on your membership card at least once every 12 months or the points expire.
    4. It is the Fire Rock Navajo Casino guest's responsibility to properly insert the membership card when engaged in play. Any play accumulated, without the membership card properly inserted will not generate the associated points.
    5. Any disputed decisions regarding the accumulation of points and point balances after being reviewed by managment are final and binding.
    6. When redeeming points, you are required to present proper identification along with your membership card. Proper indentification is defined as a current and valid driver's license, state identification, military identification or passport.
    7. Duplicate cards will be issued with proper identification. Fire Rock Navajo Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
    8. Membership may be revoked or cancelled at management's discretion.
    9. Management reserves the right to change or revise policies and benefits at any time without notice.
    10. Vouchers must be utilized within a 24-hour time period.
    11. Atsa' Plyers Card may not be used by any person other than whose name appears on the front of the card. Usage by any other person not identified on the card during a promotion will automatically be disqualified.
